She indicates that the roots of the problem of the whole health field, is greed, stupidity, and ignorance. Fortunately, towards the end she presents some well thought out solutions. Above all her numerous years of being directly involved in the health insurance business has given her significant and broad insight into the industry. Her knowledge and ability to share with the reader is commendable. Lastly, she tells of her experiences, with the intent to diminish individual abuses by exhibiting the success of the use of alternative medicines by her and other persons.
